I went for a longer walk today. A 10 mile circular walk from Peebles, in the Scottish Borders. Up hills, down hills and along the banks of the River Tweed.
This is a very beautiful area that many visitors drive through without stopping on the way to the Highlands. But that leaves it unspoilt for me.
This is me sitting on the remains of an Iron Age fort at the top of Cademuir Hill. The best estimate is that this fort is about 2000 years old.



And last year it was beach weather.
