Palace of the Parliament

Bucharest, Romania

Sometimes called the 'People's Palace'.
It was built by Nicolae Ceaușescu who was the Soviet ruler of Romania until he was executed following the revolution in 1989.
This is the second largest building in the world, after the Pentagon.
