The "Fringe by the Sea" is starting in the town, which is an off-shoot of the famous Edinburgh Fringe.
They are setting up the Spiegltent in the harbour, as you can see in front of the Bass Rock.
This is a travelling tent and beer hall, and will be the venue for a number of bands and comics for the festival.
