200kHz oscillator

I build my first surface mount device circuit shown here.
It is a square wave oscillator running at 200kHz.
The IC (a Schmitt trigger inverter chip) has a
rise and fall time of only 2 nanoseconds.
The pitch of the pins on the IC is 0.65mm.
A ball point pen will give you the scale.
