The galactic centre, with its large star clouds and many bright objects like the Lagoon nebula is seen here. At upper left the planet Jupiter shines brightly. This shot was taken with an SBIG STL11000 and a Canon EF85mm/f1.8 operating at f5.6. RGB filters were used from Astronomik. Exposure times were 3x5 mins with each filter. Additive exposure time is therefore 45 mins .
