After looking at the other shot of Geno's it's obvious his heritage is Italian (i did not spot the title firs time around. I wonder how his ancestors felt when they first arrived. This is America... A country built on Immigration
It's pretty much the the same in England who expect everybody to be able to speak English when we speak very few languages compared to other nations. Yet when some English people are abroad and can't speak the lingo (which is usually the case) they think that speaking louder will make things easier.
The irony of this picture is that the kind of folks who put up signs like this are probably so inbred that they can't speak a single English sentence without prepending "Well I reckon" and appending "hee haw."
