Quiet Morning

I love walking when it's foggy.
Sounds are muffled and most of the birds are quiet.
The landscape is transformed and there is a completely different atmosphere.

Ah but that's a fine shot Walter - the misty fog imparts a completely different view of the lake and its surroundings. Love the subdued palette here too

Nice scene Walter the man in the boat has the same thoughts while he waits for a bite.
Love the atmosphere and the soft silhouettes.
A nice composition .

A moment like this is a moment to remember, Walter. Your beautiful pictures to view in the years when 6 miles becomes arduous..

Sometimes, so good to walk the quiet inner mysteries of fog.

yes, the world shrinks into a soft if somewhat damp bubble...the image proves the visual rewards of such times too..
