Craze
Over the last few years a Ramen Craze has developed in Southern California.
This is not the instant Ramen you ate in college, but Ramen made by Chefs from Japan who are opening restaurants offering specialty Ramen.
There must be at least fifty Ramen Shops in San Diego and my friends and I are determined to try all the good ones and find the best.
Today seven of us met at Nishiki Ramen which we all liked. I ordered a Shoyu Ramen with extra Fish Cake.
My verdict, good broth and noodles, but they forgot my Shoyu Egg!
