I dont know the reason but red seems to withstand the elements more then any other color

I absolutely love this gallery, it inspires me to get out and shoot some images of the places around my house. You have some wonderful compositions and perspectives. I love the picture of the Scales by the docks. The stained glass window in the bedroom looks beautiful. I believe the barns are red because red was a common pigment back then. Well, now that I am getting long winded I will leave this gallery with a well deserved VOTE! Thank you for sharing these with the rest of us.
