In some earlier shots I mentioned the relative scarcity of Italian flags in Italia, certainly compared to Swiss ones in Switzerland.

This does not of course mean that Italians don't find other, perhaps more creative ways of expressing their national pride.

We were on a walking tour of Milan at the time so I couldn't stop to frame a good shot of this, but I still had to grab it. Nobody can tell me that the colours in the machine are coincidental.

The shot was taken at Caffè Dante which is located at Via Dante, 15. Via Dante is one of the more up market retail streets, although in this part of Milano there doesn't seem to be any other kind.
