In August 2013 (unbelievably, two years before I posted the first of these images), we went on our first (and, as of the time of writing, only) trip to Western Australia. Perth, Mandurah, Busselton, Margaret River, Augusta, Cowaramup, back to Perth. Margaret River alone should have taken a month.

While I am well behind on posting my photo a day shots, something about this trip came up just recently which reminded me of how easy it is to start to forget the places you've been and the things you've done without some photographic reminders. Life moves too fast, too much other stuff crowds in.

Consequently I have decided to post some of the images from that trip and try to get some of the other ones from this and other trips up over the next few months. To do this, I am going to have to rely on DragonDictate so don't be totally surprised if there are some weird misinterpretations in my captions.
