There are many instances where you find that a Mig is the right tool for the job, not the Tig-- so here I go again, I need to buy a nice and reliable Mig welding machine. Since I like red and love my TIG 355, I'm staying with the Lincoln brand. Lincoln Electric makes several Mig machines with various useful features so I have a bit of work ahead while reading all that they have to offer. After visiting and researching some of the more prominent welding forums and a couple of YouTube reviews, it came down to two machines; 1) Lincoln Power Mig 256 ($2,105). 2) Lincoln Power Mig 210 MP ($995). Although the 210 MP is such a versitile and portable unit, I chose and went with the Power Mig 256 for its overall commercial quality build and fine controls.
