Original factory 914-6 in original paint color. Great Auto X, Track or Street Car, always garaged. The drive train consist of a 911 2.7S motor in excellent running condition using the original Weber carbs (included in the sale is the Original 2.0 engine https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/100486814). MSD ignition, Headers into a Sport muffler. The original gearbox has been converted to "side-shift" for better response and drivability with NO syncro problems, shifts very nicely!

During the 80's, fiberglass flares were installed and the body painted in the same original factory Silver Metallic color (by the way, the paint does look better in pictures https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/98197700 than what one would see while conducting an actual physical inspection). There is NO evidence of cracking or issues with the installation of the fiberglass flares and included in the sale is a set of steel fender flares. The factory steel rocker panels on the 914-6 are original but have been cut and flared to better follow the contour of the fender flares. Also included is a set of Getty Design fiberglass flared rockers.

The Front bumper is a factory original steel unit https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/100486810 while the rear uses a 916 style fiberglass bumper. A pair of fog lights will be included with the sale of the car.

The interior has a hand-sewn 916 style dash-top. The car was also modified to accept a later model 914 passenger sliding seat https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/100486813, a pair of original seats in good condition are also included. The tar undercoat has been removed from the floor pans https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/100486812 and back pad. A custom carpet kit is included but not installed. A Factory Euro Speedo will be included for any Foreign Buyer.

The Wheels are real Fuchs (7x15 and 8x15) mounted on brand new BFG G-Force tires (with less than 200 miles!). The front brakes are BMW 5 Series calipers https://pbase.com/image/100486815 while the Rears are modified 914 front calipers https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/100486816. For a front sway-bar, a 911 under mount was used.
