HOUSE IS CURRENTLY RENTED! Thanks for looking!! Here are some pictures of the house. The house is UNFURNISHED! The furniture in these pictures belonged to a previous person. The monthly amount is $950 for a 1 year contract. $900 for 2 year. $850 for 3 year. The deposit amount is 1 month...and would also go down as well. Generally...I would prefer no pets...but if you be certain of 1) no damage...no diggers, scratchers, urinators etc. and 2) they are not annoying or dangerous to the neighbors...then there is an additional $250 deposit.

At the end of the pictures is the Rental Application. If you decide to do the App, there is a $50
Application Fee (for background checks, etc.). If approved and you actually move in...I will count the App Fee toward your first month.
