Thanks for looking!! HOUSE IS currently rented, as of August 2011!

Included in this gallery are pictures of the house and Lease Application.

The house is UNFURNISHED! Any furniture in these pictures belonged to a previous person (except Refrig, Stove and Microwave). The monthly amount is $895 for a 1 year contract. $845 for 2 year. $795 for 3 years. A $5 credit is applied for the required automatic deposit to be established after the first month. The deposit amount is 1 month...and would also go down as well. Generally...I would prefer no pets...but if you be certain of 1) no damage...no diggers, scratchers, urinators etc. and 2) they are not annoying or dangerous to the neighbors...then ok, but there is an additional $250 deposit.

If you decided you are interested, please let me know and I will email you the Lease Application. I will do a preliminary check...and if things look good, then I will need $50 for further processing. If approved and you actually move in...I will count the App Fee toward your first month. If the lease application is approved (good background check) and accepted for renting, I will need the Lease Agreement along with your 1st months rent and deposit. Please submit the Lease Inventory with in the first 30 days.
