It is quite hard to look at this picture. Ticks can be a nightmare for wild rabbits.

It's a documentary photo and it's its value. Nature is not the kindom of Walt Disney's Bambi and it's good it's like that. Said that it's a sad photo....very well taken

I've never seen this many ticks on a wild rabbit before! Sometimes two or three, but wow! This poor bunny!Too bad there's not some way to help the little critter. Nice shot. Thanks for sharing, Alina. V~

I hate ticks! Poor little guy. (It doesn't hurt because the ticks anesthetize the site where they attach. But they weaken their host and can spread serious diseases.)
