Thank you for the note, Concerned Photographer. Someone else alerted me to a few of the violations yesterday. He even posted comments on some of the stolen photos in omaatje9's webshots album, with links back to my photos on pbase. She has deleted those, but several of my photos are still there. I e-mailed copyright@webshots.com with details on all the stolen photos 24 hours ago, but I have not received any reply.

Garrett, there is someone on Webshots who appears to be using your photographs as her own. She had a few that were exactly like your flying crane shots in your Isenberg Crane Reserve gallery. She has been featured with this album and after a member noticed this and commented, she has deleted two of the photographs. She insists they are hers yet she has no camera EXIF data as you do. There maybe more of yours there too. I understand she has done this before. Maybe you should check all of her albums. As a guest I cannot put the link in this comment but if you go to Webshots home page and look over on the right side to featured albums, check out Birds of California. The member name is omaatje9. Birds of California is the album that had the crane shots (may be more) and click on her other albums to see if you recognize photos any of yours or others. It is very sad that someone would do this. If they are not any of yours, then you can delete this comment but be on the lookout!
